Privacy policy
The short version: the tools run in your browser, and we do not collect what you type into them. The site does not show ads or set cookies yet.
What you type into the tools
The team generator, icebreaker generator and meeting cost calculator run entirely in your browser. Names, lists and figures you enter are not sent to us or stored by us.
Remembered lists. If you tick "Remember this list on this device" in the team generator, your browser saves the list in its own local storage on your device. We cannot see it. Untick the box, or clear your browser's site data, to delete it.
Share links. When you copy a share link, the results are written into the part of the address after the # sign. Browsers do not send that part to any server, so the contents go only to the people you give the link to. Anyone with the link can see them, so share it with care.
What our hosting records
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Fonts. The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to fetch them. Google Fonts does not set cookies. See Google's Fonts privacy FAQ.
Analytics
We do not run any analytics or tracking scripts.
Advertising and cookies
The site does not show ads or set cookies at the moment. If we add ads in future, they will be served by Google AdSense, this policy will be updated before they appear, and visitors in the UK, the EEA and Switzerland will be asked for consent before any advertising cookies are used.
Children
The tools are suitable for classroom use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, and the tools do not require any.
Your rights
Because we do not collect what you type into the tools, we usually hold no personal data about you. For questions about data held by Cloudflare or Google, use the links above. For anything else, email [email protected].
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page.
