CogsIQ is now live in the TikTok Shop app store
8 October 2026. ProTechBridge today announced that CogsIQ, its landed cost and true profit product for TikTok Shop sellers, is now live in the app store in TikTok Shop Seller Center. CogsIQ joins Collabrun, the affiliate program tool from the same team, which is already in the store.
What CogsIQ does
- Lands the cost of every unit. Freight, customs, duty and prep are split across the purchase-order lines they paid for, by units, by value or by hand, and the split always sums back to the invoice to the cent. A forwarder invoice that arrives weeks later goes on its purchase order, and every unit already sold from that batch is costed again.
- Costs sales batch by batch. Each received purchase-order line is its own lot at its own landed cost, and sales draw from the oldest lot first. TikTok does not report which physical batch shipped an order, so oldest first is a stated assumption, and the weighted average is still shown for inventory valuation.
- Shows profit per SKU, batch and shop. Fees, ads, refunds, 3PL handling and payouts are matched to each sale and read on an accrual or a cash basis, with a forecast of payouts that have not landed yet.
- Flags margin moves. A weekly digest names the SKUs that gave margin back and the ones that earned more.
How CogsIQ connects to a shop
CogsIQ is a registered TikTok Shop partner app. Once a seller authorises their shop, orders, settlements, returns, payouts and ad spend arrive every six hours. Warehouse fees come in by upload, and sellers who prefer exports can import five TikTok Shop reports through a mapping wizard that learns their column names once. Purchase orders can be entered by hand or imported from an Alibaba orders export.
Availability and pricing
CogsIQ is available in the app store in TikTok Shop Seller Center and at CogsIQ. The free trial runs for 30 days on one shop with up to five purchase orders, and no card is needed. After the trial, CogsIQ is priced per shop with every feature included, and it takes no cut of revenue and charges no per-order fee. Sellers can open the CogsIQ listing in TikTok Shop Seller Center. TikTok shows it after you sign in to your seller account.
For agencies
Agencies can run many shops from one workspace, with a management fee per shop and roles scoped to the shops each person works on. A client can be shown their own numbers without the agency's margin.
Works with Collabrun
Collabrun runs TikTok Shop affiliate programs: it finds creators, sends invites in the background and shows what each creator earned.
