Tips for using these questions
- Fun questions work best at the end of a long week or before a creative session.
- Give people a few seconds to think. The best answers are rarely the first ones.
- If an answer gets a big laugh, leave a moment for it. That shared moment is the point.

Questions people ask
How many fun questions should I use in one session?
One question is enough for a regular meeting. For a workshop or a team's first session, two or three work well. Save the rest for later meetings so they stay fresh.
What if someone does not want to answer?
Let them pass, without comment. A forced answer makes the whole group less comfortable, and the point of an icebreaker is the opposite.
